To activate your Eatr Card, you must register it with Eatr Philippines through our official website or mobile app. The registration process may require you to provide personal information, and you consent to the collection of such information.

Eatr Points (EP) can be earned by dining at partner restaurants or engaging with our program as specified in the Eater Philippines reward system. EP is a digital currency exclusive to our program.

You can redeem your EP for discounts and benefits as specified in the Eater Philippines program. The redemption process may be subject to certain restrictions, including a maximum number of EP that can be redeemed per transaction.

EP earned through the Eatr Card program may have an expiration date, typically after 12 months. It is your responsibility to keep track of your EP and redeem them before expiration.

EP earned on your card cannot be transferred to other cardholders or accounts. They are exclusive to the cardholder.

Vouchers redeemed using EP are non-transferable and are bound to the cardholder's account.

Report a lost or stolen card to Eater Philippines immediately. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your card.

Certain EP redemption options may require a minimum transaction amount. Ensure that your transaction meets the minimum for EP redemption.

EP used for discounts cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash once redeemed.

Partner restaurants may have daily or monthly limits on EP spending to reward Eatr cardholders. Eatr reserves the right to cancel a certain promotion which will not benefit partner restaurants in the long run.

When using your Eatr Card, you must adhere to the policies and rules of the partner restaurants. Any violations of restaurant policies are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Eater Philippines reserves the right to terminate your card and EP balance if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by Eater Philippines. We will notify cardholders of any changes.

Partner restaurants agree to participate in the Eatr program and honor Eatr Points and Vouchers earned by cardholders.

Partner restaurants may have access to anonymized data related to Eatr Point redemptions and customer behavior.

Eatr reserves the right to terminate the partnership if a restaurant violates terms or engages in fraudulent activities.

Partner restaurant data is handled in accordance with Eatr's privacy policy. By participating in the Eatr program, restaurants agree to the collection and use of their data.

Eatr reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions. Partner restaurants will be notified of any changes.
